The PID Professional software package comprises the two software packages Modular PID Control and Standard PID Control.

Both controller solutions contain commissioning functions and standard function blocks for a wide range of different controller structures.

The commissioning software has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.

A large number of implementation examples are available for both controllers. This simplifies the implementation of different controller structures.

The following ready-to-use PID controllers are supplied with the Standard PID Control:

• Fixed-setpoint controller with switching output for integrating final control elements
• Fixed-setpoint controller with continuous output for proportional final control elements
• Multi-loop ratio controller
• Mixture controller
• Cascade controller

The 27 standard function blocks of the Modular PID Control also enable the user to implement each desired controller structure. To speed up the learning process, clear and easy application examples assist in the process of implementing the desired PID controller.
