The IM 460-0 interface module is intended for use as a send IM for central connection over short distances of up to 5 m. It transfers data from both the P-bus and the C-bus to the expansion racks.

The IM 460-0 is intended for use only in association with the IM 461-0 interface module (in the expansion racks).
